IAJapan tried to have mobile phone providers to use content filtering software. After failing that negotiation, the vice president of IAJapan co-signed a proposal by National Police Agency, which creates a law that requests all matchmaking sites for mobile phone Internet service to censor messages by users, and to exclude all minors.
